Philanthropic support for NSU has never been more important. Every gift, regardless of its size or designation, demonstrates a commitment to quality education and the future of Northern State University. Scholarships and Endowments are two of the ways that you can partner with NSU to make an impact.

Scholarships are one of Northern State University’s greatest needs. Donors can choose to donate to an existing scholarship or create a named scholarship of their own. Over 90 percent of our students rely on financial aid, and more scholarships are always needed.

Endowments are the bedrock of NSU’s private support. Endowed gifts are those given to the foundation that remain in perpetuity because only the income earned on the principal sum is awarded. Endowed gifts help provide for the future strength and sustainability of Northern State University.
