Our Doctor of Audiology (Au.D.) program is a fully accredited, full‑time, residential doctoral program designed to prepare students for professional clinical practice in audiology. Donor funding to the NIU Au.D. program in the form of scholarships and/or tuition aid funding would provide great aid to our highly qualified student applicants. With tuition aid funding, students would be able to focus on their academic education and clinical experiential learning and provide time for those students gain a more in-depth focus on clinical practice working in the NIU Speech-Language-Hearing Clinic. The NIU Audiology Program was awarded the best Audiology clinic in DeKalb County for 2025, and our students provide a needed service for the surrounding community and an excellent learning opportunity for the Au.D. students.
