The Battling Bishops Cheer Team brings energy and spirit to every game day, and they’re making their mark beyond the sidelines. Last season, the team earned a Silver finish in the Gameday Open Division at the Collegiate Cheer & Dance Championships, showcasing their skill and determination on the national stage.
The Bishops are also deeply rooted in the community. From hosting a Kids Cheer Camp on campus to performing at the Battle of the Badges event at the Rocky Mount Event Center, benefitting the American Heart Association, they take pride in representing NC Wesleyan both on and off campus.
To continue building the program, the team is raising funds to support team camp, competition opportunities, and travel expenses.
