The THREADS Senior Collection Showcase is raising $6,000 to support its annual Senior Fashion Show!
Since its inaugural show in 2006, THREADS has provided NC State seniors studying fashion development and product management at the Wilson College of Textiles with an opportunity to showcase their collections and celebrate the culmination of their design education. This year marks 20 years of the THREADS Senior Collection Showcase, making this an especially meaningful milestone.
This fall, 14 senior designers will present their final collections to demonstrate their excellence in concept development, design innovation, fit and fabrication. These collections reflect a semester of intensive work developing industry-quality garments from initial inspiration to finished product. Through developing and presenting their collections, these talented students will strengthen their technical and creative skills, build professional portfolios, engage with industry professionals, and build connections that can support internships and post-graduate employment.
By supporting THREADS, your donation (of any size) will directly enhance this educational experience and help prepare our students for successful entry into the fashion industry after they graduate!

Funds will be placed in the Threads Senior Fashion Show Support Fund. If the project does not meet its fundraising goal, receives more funds than needed, or cannot be completed, funds will be used for the overall support of the Threads Senior Collection Showcase Program. Gifts are received by the NC State University Foundation, Inc. and may be distributed to an affiliated foundation that manages the fund supported by the donor.
