Arts NC State is raising $5,000 to launch the inaugural cohort of ArtsRx Student Teaching Artist Fellows.
ArtsRx supports student mental health and well-being through creative engagement. Students can participate in free arts programming at the Crafts Center, with materials and instruction provided, and may also be referred through campus partners such as the Counseling Center.
Your gift will help train and hire NC State students as Teaching Artist Fellows to lead these creative experiences for their peers. By combining their artistic talents with training in mental health and well-being, these student leaders will help more members of the Wolfpack connect, create and build lifelong wellness skills.
Every gift invests in student leaders and helps make the benefits of creative engagement more accessible across the NC State community.
Funds will be placed in the Arts NC State Enhancement Fund. If the project does not meet its fundraising goal, if it receives more funds than it needs, or if the project cannot be completed, funds will be used for the overall enhancement of Arts NC State. Gifts are received by the NC State University Foundation, Inc. and may be distributed to an affiliated foundation that manages the fund supported by the donor.
