About

Help turn North Carolina green

It starts with just $4 — and a goal to show support for young people in every North Carolina county.

In celebration of National 4-H Week, we’re coming together for the next generation of 4-H leaders. Our goal: receive at least one gift from each of the state’s 100 counties.

With a gift starting at just $4, you can help turn the map green, county by county, and create more opportunities for young people to learn, lead, and grow.

Growing leaders, one gift at a time.

Every gift supports the 4-H Priorities Fund, which gives NC 4-H leadership the flexibility to meet the most pressing needs of young people and the programs that serve them. Your support helps strengthen youth development programming across all 100 North Carolina counties, the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, three 4-H camps, and specialty initiatives.

Your gift helps create opportunities.

Support can help reduce financial barriers to participation and provide statewide educational programs, local activities, scholarships, camps, and hands-on learning experiences. It also strengthens leadership development, volunteer training, and programs in STEM, agriculture, healthy living, and civic engagement.

Every county. Every young person. Every gift counts.

Whether you give $4 or more, your gift becomes part of something bigger. Make your gift and help turn North Carolina green.

Disclaimer: County participation is mapped based on the billing address provided with each gift. The county shown may differ from the donor’s county of residence or intended county affiliation.
