WHAT IS DAY OF GIVING? Day of Giving is a 24-hour community giving campaign in which the entire Norfolk Collegiate community comes together to support the school. In it's fourth year, we are going BIG to celebrate the school's 75th anniversary with a $750,000 goal! All funds raised on Day of Giving support the Collegiate Fund - the school's unrestricted giving fund. The Collegiate Fund supports all aspects of the school experience - from technology to field experiences to musicals and athletics. Every student is directly impacted by gifts made to the Collegiate Fund throughout the year.
WHY IS YOUR SUPPORT IMPORTANT ON DAY OF GIVING? Whether you give a one time gift, set up a recurring gift or offer a match or challenge gift, your support on Day of Giving is critical to continuing the experience and education our students and faculty have at Norfolk Collegiate. We count on the community to step up and support the school together on March 17.
As you plan for Day of Giving over the next month, be sure to look at the following ways to be involved and maximize your support to the school.
โ Create an Account & Become an Advocate (or if you already have one, log in)
- We can only celebrate your hard work if we're able to tell it's you when you're logged into Give Campus!

โญ๏ธ Offer a Match (or Challenge)
- As you consider your own donation, leverage your gift and encourage others to give via a match or challenge.
- Consider restricting your match or challenge by your class year, affiliation or your children's class year to raise the stakes.
๐ Share, Share, Share
- The built-in sharing buttons on the campaign page generate a link that is unique to you. If you share while you're logged in, we can track it and celebrate your impact!
- Share via Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Text Message, Email, Phone Call, Carrier Pigeon… The skyโs the limit!

Over Spring Break, Betty '36 and her little sister hosted a lemonade stand. They raised over $100 and donated the money back to Collegiate! We love to see philanthropy in action with our youngest learners!

Thanks to Taylor '00 & Emily Franklin & The Franklin Family for encouraging other board members to join them in giving back to Norfolk Collegiate today!

To continue the Day of Giving excitement, please help us thank Taylor '00 & Emily Franklin & The Franklin Family for this $162,500 challenge for the school!
