Named after Professor Emeritus and founder of the NYU Program in Drama Therapy, the Robert J. Landy Archive and Scholarship Fund helps to meet the financial needs of current students in their journey through the NYU Program in Drama Therapy. Drama therapy integrates arts and health by applying drama and storytelling techniques to promote mental health, recovery, and rehabilitation. Through drama therapy, people of all ages and backgrounds have found their voice and discovered their inner strength and resilience to overcome life’s challenges. Our students are training to revolutionize the field of mental health and its impact on the lives of people all over the world.
