The Latin and Ballroom Dance Club is a long standing NYU Athletics organization that is committed to spreading the joy of learning dance. We welcome dancers of any level and teach over 16 styles of dance; including classics such as waltz, tango, cha-cha, and swing! Additionally, we are also a competitive organization and work to sponsor our members for various ballroom dance competitions across the country.
Your donation would go towards helping fund the club's attendance at the MIT Open, allowing us to sponsor housing, travel, and registration for our members. Known as one of the "big three" of US collegiate ballroom, the MIT Open is an opportunity for our members to test their skills, connect with the ballroom community, and observe pro dancers live.
