Track and Field

Gifts to the Track & Field Team help to:

• Purchase essential gear and equipment: Funds will be used for new travel bags, warm-ups for new athletes, practice gear, medicine balls, rollers and other training gear.
• Ensure equity and inclusion: Gifts ensure that financial barriers do not limit student-athlete participation and allow us to provide complete funding for practice gear and all team activities.
• Provide nutritious meals and snacks: The team spends a lot of time on the road and at long track meets. Gifts help us to buy extra food, beyond what is provided, which is essential to maintaining energy and positivity.
• Facilitate community building: Funds help us organize off-campus trips (apple picking, bowling, laser tag, etc.) that mix different event groups, fostering connections and camaraderie among student-athletes as they transition from separate Cross Country and Track & Field teams to a unified team.
• Support team activities, seasonal events and celebrations: Contributions support team activities that allow members to work together and have fun outside of practice time. Donors also support preseason educational workshops and study breaks during exam weeks. These funds allow us to offer meaningful end-of-season celebrations, with catered food and personalized gifts for our seniors.
