Swimming and Diving

Gifts to the Swimming and Diving teams will help us fund:

• Coaching support: For the past five years, Assistant Coach Bill Tyler has brought a positive presence and invaluable expertise in stroke technique analysis. Thanks to past support, Bill was able to coach two days a week last year. With your help, we hope to increase his time to three days a week, giving our swimmers even more individualized attention to help them grow.
• December training trip to Puerto Rico: Traditionally, our team has trained in Florida. This year, we’ll head to Puerto Rico for warmer weather and consistent training conditions. The trip is a great way to focus on training, team development and bonding. We run double practices each day and do additional dry land training and team bonding activities outside of practice. It is an intense week of practice and activities that are fun and bring the team together. This is a tradition, and it helps us recruit future swim and dive team members. The trip is a cornerstone of our season — but it also comes with higher costs. Your gift will help offset expenses and ensure every swimmer and diver can participate fully.
• Enhanced training equipment: Last year, your support allowed us to purchase a Power Tower, which has become a vital tool for sprint training and power development. Continued investment in resources like this helps our athletes stay competitive at the highest level.
