Men's Cross Country

We are trying to build a top-tier cross-country program here at Mount Aloysius. In the last few years, we have continually increased our numbers and we are in the process of trying to make those numbers better. We have a lot of fun, but we also work hard as running is not an easy sport. We stress the importance of running as a lifestyle that could carry through their adult life and become an important part of their personal well-being. We’ve had some outstanding runners in the last few years, and I hope we can build upon their successes in our conference.
