INVEST IN THE CAMPUS OF THE FUTURE

For more than 158 years, Morehouse College has stood as a beacon of transformational change, cultivating enterprising men who challenge the status quo and drive societal progress. To ensure rising Morehouse Men have access to the same caliber of campus resources that students encounter at mainstream institutions, Morehouse is calling on alumni, partners, parents, and friends to invest in the Campus Center.

Our students deserve exemplary facilities that complement the world-class education Morehouse offers every scholar.

Creating a contemporary living and learning environment for the exceptional men who choose Morehouse College as their center of learning and enlightenment is at the crux of our Building the Campus of the Future, one of the pillars of our $500 million “Making Men of Consequence” Campaign. The fundraising campaign has secured nearly $330 million in donations and pledges, which is about two-thirds of its funded 100% through philanthropy. It will rise on Morehouse’s Main Campus as a dynamic hub for innovation, collaboration, and community, offering students a state-of-the-art facility in which to meet, study, attend club meetings, socialize, and launch business ideas and social justice movements.

A variety of naming opportunities for benches, rooms, green spaces, donor walls, art display spaces, and more are available. The College has already secured more than $40 million in donations and pledges to help fund the Campus Center construction initiative. The Robert W. Woodruff Foundation has generously contributed $20 million to the project. We still urgently need to raise $26 million more to stay on track with our construction timetable and meet the Woodruff Foundation’s requirement to show that Morehouse supporters also rally behind the effort to build the Campus Center.

You can also make a planned gift from your estate to invest in the endowment for the Campus Center. The College depends on its generous donor base. Equipping Morehouse with modern facilities is necessary to compete for top students of the 21st century.
