Women's Flag Football

For more than a century, Millikin University has used Football to build leaders. Founded in 1901, with its first Men’s Football team taking the field in 1903, Millikin has a proud tradition of excellence and innovation in athletics. Today, that legacy continues as Millikin becomes a trailblazer — bringing Women’s Flag Football to campus and to the CCIW.

Millikin Women’s Flag Football represents the next evolution of Big Blue Athletics. With its inaugural competitive season set for Spring 2027, the program is being built from the ground up with a focus on opportunity, competitive excellence and leadership development.
