MSU Denver Healthcare Leaders Student Organization is hosting a Virtual 5K to raise money for the MSU Student Care Center Emergency Retention Fund and to promote public health awareness in the community. Building bridges between community, healthcare, and academia is the goal of our fundraiser to promote public health awareness.
Your Support
Your support will benefit the MSU Student Care Center Emergency Retention Fund, which is a fund that goes towards students experiencing an emergency or crisis. The Student Care Center provides holistic, non-clinical case management support to MSU Denver Students who are facing challenging life circumstances that may prevent them from otherwise pursuing their educational goal.
Registration Information
Please make a gift of $20 ($10 is tax-deductible) on this page to support the MSU Denver Health Institute. Click on the "Give Now" button to make your gift and register for the event. All participants will receive access to a PDF race bib to use during the 5k and a MSUDHL T-Shirt post-5k. You can walk/run/bike/hike the 5k anytime during the 2.5-week-long event! Please join us for a virtual kickoff meeting on Tuesday, April 6, 2021 at 5:30PM. We will be mailing participant t-Shirts to all donors that made a gift of $20, and selected the t-shirt incentive on the giving form, after completion of the virtual 5k.

Happy Sunday! Today we've met our goal for the fundraiser and we are so grateful. Because of you, a college student will have the financial resources they need to pursue their educational goals. We thank you all for your kind contributions.
For those who want a shirt, emails will be sent shortly to determine what size you would like. Shirts have already been ordered with plenty of sizes in each category.

We're nearing the end of our fundraiser and so far we've raised an astounding $802!!! We are so proud and thankful for our donors! We're halfway there to our goal, but regardless, the amount we've raised will go towards a MSU Denver Student in need!
