Ram Nation truly has no boundaries. From our alumni scattered around the globe to our current families scattered around the St. Louis region, from our faculty and staff working hard from home to our security, housekeeping and groundskeeping teams that keep our campus clean, secure, beautiful and ready for our eventual return, we are an incredible community that continues to live its mission day in and day out, regardless of what swirls in the world around us.
Some of you have already generously offered to help during this crisis, and we thank you for thinking of us. In response, we have established the Ram Relief Fund, designed specifically as an emergency fund that will help ensure the School’s bright future.
The Ram Relief Fund was established to ensure the financial sustainability of MICDS by providing flexible financial support for unforeseen needs and expenses caused by the COVID-19 pandemic. These needs and expenses include, but are not limited to, tuition relief for all current MICDS families as well as additional relief for families who have additional demonstrated financial need.
Spending from the Ram Relief Fund will be at the discretion of the Head of School and the Chief Financial Officer.
Thank you for your support. We are #RamsTogether.
Additional information on the Ram Relief Fund can be found on the MICDS website.

Decades ago, in 1860, Margaret Dawes Eliot, mother of William Greenleaf Eliot, donated $1,000 to the new school bearing her granddaughter's name. She stipulated that "the scholars" henceforth be given an annual holiday "on or near the 11th of May for a May Festival". Known since as "Grandmother's Day", it continues to be enjoyed by MICDS students and is the School's longest-standing tradition.

From the 60s to now, the pond toss has been a favorite tradition of the graduating class, tossing in the first senior accepted into college. Look at how the pond toss has evolved from then to now!
