Coach Bill Mitchell was an intriegal staple to the Mars Hill Football coaching staff during the 1970's. He had immense impact on the lives of the players that he coached. That impact was not limited to life on the field and in college, but was carried in the hearts of his players as they traveled their separate journeys through life. The impression that Coach Mitchell made was so strong, that a few of his players have decided to start a scholarship in his honor. We invite those who played under Coach Mitchell, and those who he impacted in other areas of life, to give to this scholarship in his honor. Those who give, will be contributing to further cement Bill Mitchell's legacy, not only in the Mars Hill community, but also to the communities of those student-athletes who receive the funding that you contributed.
