Men's Rowing

Today on Marist's first-ever Day of Giving, we are asking you to make a gift to join the red Fox Navy and support the Men's Rowing team.

The Red Fox Navy raises funds to support the ongoing equipment needs of the rowing teams including but not limited to rowing shells, oars, launches, engines, travel equipment, indoor training equipment, and technical services and subscriptions. The RFN has been instrumental in the ongoing improvement of the rowing team's equipment turn-over and keeping the team on a steady and strong foundation for competition into the foreseeable future.

Those seeking to be members of the Navy should donate $20 for each year since you graduated from Marist up to $300. We continue to aim to take the team to new heights with our leadership levels. See the list below for details.

All gifts made to Rowing will be used exclusively to support the Rowing team but will count in our overall Marist Athletics campaign totals.

The Red Fox Navy rankings are::

Red Fox Navy Member = $20 for each year since graduation up to $300, Friends and family of the team qualify with gifts of $100 or more

Lieutenant = Single Donation of $500-999 OR Donated 5 + years in a row to the Red Fox Navy

Commander = Single Donation of $1000-4999 OR Donated 10 + years in a row to the Red Fox Navy

Captain = Single Donation of $5000-9999 OR Donated 15 + years in a row to the Red Fox Navy

Admiral = Single Donation of $10,000 OR Donated 20 + years in a row to the Red Fox Navy

Commodore = A special commendation earned through the joint nomination of the Coaches, Athletics, Administrators, Advancement Office, and Red Fox Navy Leadership. Commodore status can be earned through exceptional leadership, exceptional financial support, or exceptional service to the team, team members or alumni.
