Mansfield Bands to Carnegie Hall

Our students are traveling at their own personal cost to give a performance of a lifetime in historic Carnegie Hall, New York. Help defray their expenses by donating today. The CU-Mansfield Concert Wind Ensemble has a well established reputation for excellence with over a dozen Grammy eligible nominations related to their annual recordings. The group will perform with over 40 alumni and give an hour-long performance this coming May. Your donation will support the students and help to lower their personal costs, assist in paying for transportation and housing.

Director, Dr. Adam F. Brennan, has agreed to do up to a $5,000.00 match in order to raise a total of $10,000 for his student. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity for our musicians and just another great feather in the cap of our highly recognized music program.

Your support means the world to our students, especially those who could not afford the cost of this opportunity on their own. Dr. Brennan is officially retiring this year after 30 years as our Director of Bands. While the trip was schedule before he announced his intentions to retire, the Carnegie Hall performance is also the icing on the cake of a stellar career as a Band Director.
