Strength and Conditioning
MSU Denver’s Roadrunners Strength & Conditioning Program is dedicated to developing athletic potential in more than 240 student‑athletes across 14 NCAA Division II varsity teams competing in the RMAC. Our S&C coaches work with over half of our student‑athlete population daily, ensuring each Roadrunner receives the individualized coaching, guidance, and support needed to perform at the highest level.

Our Strength & Conditioning facility features industry‑leading technology—including Velocity‑Based Training systems, ForceDecks, and Dynamos—which allows us to deliver science‑based, data‑driven programming tailored to each athlete. These tools help us measure performance, monitor progress, and make informed decisions that improve training effectiveness and long‑term development.

However, staying current with this technology requires annual subscription and maintenance costs. Through our Day of Giving project, we aim to secure funding to sustain and expand access to these essential performance tools.

Our Mission
Our goal is simple:

To empower every Roadrunners student‑athlete to improve athletic performance, reduce injury risk, and compete for championships—season after season.
