Gifts to Roadrunner Grant 2026 contribute to...

The MSU Denver Roadrunner Grant supports students with a remaining tuition balance continuing their education by paying down their balance, so they do not have a registration hold. Over the past 10 years, this grant has supported over 250 students with an average award of around $1000 per student. From this small investment, students continued at MSU Denver to earn 40 credits on average, with the majority completing their bachelor’s degree. Recipients represent the diversity of students we serve at MSU Denver, with many of them first-generation and entering college from low socioeconomic backgrounds.
After graduation, these students have continued to represent the very best of MSU Denver as nurses, pilots, social justice advocates, addiction counselors, firefighters, computer programmers, financial advisors, writers, actors, musicians and many more. Their success is an example of how small investments can lead to big wins.
This grant is funded specifically and exclusively from donated funds. We cannot continue to support students at the level we have in the past without charitable contributions. This is why the C2Hub Student Success team is fundraising on this year’s MSU Denver Day of Giving. Giving students a boost to overcome a financial barrier is the boost needed to reach once seemingly unattainable heights.
