MSU Denver Dialogues
MSU Denver Dialogues is a collaboration between the Department of Communication Studies and the Dean of Students Office. For over 6 years, the Dialogues program has been supporting students, staff, and faculty with programming to have difficult conversations, collaborate across difference, and build community.
This year, we are raising money for Dialogue & Civic Engagement Week 2025 (DCEW25). DCEW25 is happening April 7-11, and will be an opportunity for students from all different majors to build dialogue skills in issues that matter to them and their communities. Eight different classes are developing and facilitating events related to dialogue education in K-12 schools, community building in the arts and with storytelling, and food security and justice. This fund will help support the future of Dialogue & Civic Engagement Week, including two student interns who help market and document our events, as well as the supporting the events that help students experience dialogue and community firsthand.
