Roadrunners Men's Soccer 2025

MSU Denver Men's Soccer
We had another season of progress in the fall of 2024 in our fourth fall season together. We finished with a record of 7–8-4, playing a schedule that included 7 games against NCAA Tournament teams. We finished with a 4-4-2 record in RMAC play and qualified for the RMAC Tournament where we lost in penalty kicks to nationally ranked Fort Lewis College.

Our strong play on the field this year was rewarded with All Conference and All Region recognition. Luke Bone, Niccolo Schiappa, and Jackson Vander Ven were 2nd team all conference, Noah Hannula & Charlie Matsumoto received honorable mention. Luke Bone was All South Central Region 2nd team after scoring 4 goals and contributing 6 assists to lead the team. We graduated 8 seniors that have helped to build the foundation for the program and set the standards high for the returning team.

The student athletes are working just as hard in the class room as our team GPA for the fall semester was a 3.2. We had 14 men’s soccer players on the MSU Denver Academic Honor Roll (3.5 GPA or higher) and 6 student athletes achieve 4.0 GPAs this past fall.

We would love to have you out this spring and next fall! This Spring the team will compete against Colorado College, University of Denver, Colorado Christian, Real Colorado MLS Next, and Laramie County Community College. Next Fall, we will host top teams from California and we are excited to open our season with 6 straight home games!

Your donations will be incredibly helpful to provide the best possible student athlete experience and the ability for our team to compete at the highest level of Division II men’s soccer.
