Empower Future Creatives: Support CVA’s Art + Action Lab!
Internships are crucial for career development, yet many talented students face barriers due to financial constraints. At the Center for Visual Art (CVA), MSU Denver’s off campus art gallery, we believe in providing equitable access to opportunities in the arts. Our Art + Action Lab offers professional teaching experience to MSU Denver students and paid internships to high school students (future roadrunners). Our interns learn from industry professionals, develop their artistic skills, and build invaluable networks. Our teaching assistants begin their professional experience while still in college, giving them an advantage when entering the workforce after graduation.
But we need your help! Our goal is to raise $4,500 to fund intern stipends and MSU Denver student salaries for one semester, ensuring that students from all backgrounds can participate. With your support, we can unlock their potential and pave the way for successful futures in creative careers.
