"Seek to educate men and women who will be leaders of both the legal profession and society, demonstrating in their practice of law and public service the highest standards of personal integrity, professional ethics and a deep concern for social justice" -- LLS Mission & Values
The Loyola Social Justice Law Clinic (LSJLC) is a standard bearer for this value, putting Loyola Law School's mission into action. With 20+ live-client legal clinics, LLS students are able to put their education into practice while being of service to underserved communities throughout Los Angeles to the tune of 30,000 pro-bono hours per year.
Since 1996, these clinics have helped over 74,000 people, strengthened year over year through donor support. Each gift makes an immediate and tangible impact, which is only deepened when we come together.
This December, we are extremely grateful that a generous anonymous donor has made a commitment to match up to $25,000 to any gift made to the clinics that make up LSJLC. From now through Dec. 16th, we are bringing together the Loyola Law School, Loyola Marymount University, and extended Loyola Social Justice Law Clinic communities to participate in this initiative to match this gift in full.
Join us by making your gift today, then please share with your friends and family that value a commitment to justice and a strong, experiential legal education!
