Lipscomb University Athletics Day of Giving 2022

Bison Nation,

As our saying goes - One Goal. One Day. One Herd. - it never rings more true than on our University’s annual Day of Giving. Year after year, you have repeatedly blown us away with your generous support and investment in our student-athletes. Your commitment to OUR team is second to none. Last year, we finished with a record breaking total of 1,126 donors who gave $187,566! These funds allowed us to provide our student-athletes a brand new state-of-the-art Hydrotherapy Facility containing brand new hot and cold recovery tubs and an underwater treadmill. The Hydrotherapy Facility has made a significant impact on Bison Athletics by providing our student-athletes the ability to prevent and recover from injury better than ever before and offers our programs an additional competitive advantage on the recruiting trail.

This year we have set our goals and aspirations higher than ever for the Bison faithful. Our goal for Lipscomb Athletics on this year’s Day of Giving 2022 is to have a total of 1376 donors give a total of $229,231. By making a gift on Day of Giving 2022, you will be directly supporting our student-athletes and their individual programs by helping us provide them every opportunity to find success both in the classroom and in competition. More specifically, the results of our past successful Days of Giving have enhanced operating and recruiting budgets, provided additional scholarships, enabled tangible facility improvements that are utilized every day and the list goes on and on. All you have to do is look around campus and ask our coaches, the impact that our donors have made on Lipscomb Athletics speaks for itself.

• Funds can be given to the general University Athletics Fund (unrestricted) or directed toward a particular sport (restricted).
• Spread the word! Participate in social media with #LipscombDayofGiving. The simplest and easiest way to share about the #LipscombDayofGiving is to become an Advocate. Go to the Advocates tab and click on the "Advocacy Dashboard" to sign up/log in. Once you have an account, use one of the "Share" buttons to help spread the word.
