For the month of April, we’re coming together to light the way—launching a new annual giving tradition that’s all about creating a brighter future for the next generation of LCA students.
Nearly 80 years. That’s how long LCA has been shaping lives through Christ-centered education. From our beginnings in Boston in the 1940s, to Cambridge through the '60s, to our beloved campus in Lexington today, LCA has seen many changes. But one thing has never changed: the faithful support of a community that believes in this mission.
Thanks to the generosity of alumni, families, and friends, LCA has been able to grow, innovate, and serve students in ways that honor God and prepare young people for lives of impact.
Matthew 5:14-16: "You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven."

Service Learning Pods have been a valuable part of LCA's "Portrait of a Graduate," an intentional set of values implemented through real tangible programs and practices for each student to grow in and learn from. These programs are designed to help students grow into well-rounded individuals, nurturing their heart, mind, body and soul every step of the way. Serving others through their Service Learning Pods is just one of the many ways these values are being lived out.
