FAQs
1. How can my gift count toward LC Day of Giving?
All gifts made on March 1, 2023 will count towards LC Day of Giving. If you would like to make your gift in the form of a check, it must either be postmarked on March 1, or sent in advance, dated March 1, with a note in the subject line indicating LC Day of Giving. All gifts sent in through our Day of Giving invitation and postmarked by March 1 will also count.
2. Who can participate?
Anyone! Alumni, parents, faculty, staff, students, and friends.
3. How can I give?
You can give online by clicking the "Give Now!" button, or call 503-768-7900 to give using your credit card. All checks received or postmarked March 1, 2023 will also count. If you would like to make your gift in the form of a check, it must either be postmarked on March 1, or sent in advance, dated March 1, with a note in the subject line indicating LC Day of Giving.
4. I've already made my gift this year. Will it count if I give again?
Yes! We greatly appreciate the additional support.
5. I make a monthly gift. Will my gift count towards the the gift total?
Yes! All monthly recurring gifts and pledge amounts made in March 2023 will count toward our Day of Giving goal. Additional support, however, is always appreciated.
6. Does my Day of Giving gift count towards my reunion class goal?
Yes! Your gift today will also count towards your reunion class gift if you are celebrating a reunion this year.
7. What does the $200,000 match support?
Our generous donor has directed their gift to the Annual Fund. The Annual Fund benefits students immediately by supporting our highest priorities and most critical needs such as funding scholarships, retaining and recruiting superb faculty, and sustaining innovative academic and community enrichment programs.
