Bears Give Back 2026 is here!
At Lenoir-Rhyne University, the student experience is personal, meaningful, and truly one of a kind. Here, you’re never just a number—you’re known, supported, and encouraged to discover your passions and purpose. Every member of our Bear community carries a unique LR story shaped by friendships, mentors, traditions, and moments that define a lifetime.
This year, as we come together for Bears Give Back, we’re celebrating what makes LR uniquely ours. Our theme, “Plant Your Flag for LR,” is a call to stand proudly in your own LR experience and invest in the experiences of today’s students.
Together, we are reaching for our most ambitious goal yet: 1,000 donors. Every gift—of any size—strengthens the student experience, and ensures that LR continues to be a place where students are known, valued, and inspired.
A group of generous donors has set up a challenge for us: If we hit 1,000 donors by 11:59PM on 3/25/26, LR will receive an additional $100,000 to The Fund for LR, going to work for our students immediately from a group of generous donors!
