The Caribbean Culture Club serves to be a safe space for students of Caribbean ancestry on campus, while also working to educate others on the culture and traditions of Caribbean People. As a minority group on campus, it is challenging for us to attract large numbers of people to our smaller events, which prevents us from securing a budget large enough to host our bigger events that appeal to the entire campus. We are launching this campaign to raise money for our Carnival Event in the Spring (Securing food, prizes, decorations, a DJ, a photographer and more), smaller general body meetings, as well as to allow the future E-boards to have enough resources to keep the club running without struggling as much as we may have to. Any size donation truly helps, and will be put towards building our club's rapport on campus.
