Our organization is working to provide our members with a professional network, peer-to-peer connections, professional mentorship, workforce success, scholarship funding, and other collegiate/personal resources.

As a group, we are determined to increase the number of culturally responsible Black engineers who succeed academically and professionally, leaving a positive impact on the community. We plan to accomplish this mission through programming that provides the tools students need to excel in the classroom, be confident when pursuing career opportunities, and benefit the community in a positive way. With your support, we believe we can make the 2025-2026 school year a hallmark in NSBE LTU history.

Our main goal is to make a difference for LTU but also all students that are determined to make their dreams come true. NSBE at LTU is more than a club, it's a comfortable space that feels like home, for kind-hearted, well-rounded, and inspiring engineering students.
