LSU Health Science's Center Chancellor's Fund

The LSU Health Science's Center provides critical support to a variety of important needs at LSU Health New Orleans, including student support and program enhancements and enrichments. This fund gives the Chancellor the flexibility to allocate funds to the areas of the school where they are most needed to ensure student success.

Second Line Bead Krewe ($1,500)

Recognizing our premier leadership annual giving society, this initiative honors philanthropic individuals and businesses through a cascading bead centerpiece and digital recognition in common areas of the new Student Living Center. The new 579-bed, 324,371-square-foot modern housing facility will serve the students of LSU Health and is the first new student housing complex to be built on LSU Health’s campus since 1967. Health Sciences Center Food Pantry

The Health Science Center Student Food Pantry provides non-perishable food items and toiletries at no cost to LSU Health New Orleans students in need. The pantry aims to decrease food insecurity's impact on our student’s academic success and alleviate hunger within our campus community. You can provide resources for any food-insecure student when you give GOLD geaux purple!

Center for Advanced Learning Solutions (CALS)

The Center for Advanced Learning Solutions is the newly constructed state-of-the-art simulation facility that will provide students the opportunity to train in a virtual clinical setting. The facility also contains a large “medical mall” which will showcase the latest developments in medical technology and digital health, open not just to the LSU community, but healthcare providers and industry professionals nationally. Your support of CALS will enable students to learn in a world-class facility and enhance the reputation of the LSU Health Sciences Center. give GOLD geaux purple!
