The Golden Bear Dance Company is asking for support to help its almost 80 members practice dance and perform at our semesterly showcase. Over the past few years, GBDC has had anywhere between 60 to 90 members, and the donations from the 1866 Giving Challenge have helped us obtain funds needed to help improve the club. We appreciate any donation to help keep the art of dance thriving at Kutztown University. In the past, donations have helped us purchase fans and a speaker for the studio, which all the dancers greatly appreciate. By donating to GBDC, the funds will help us:
- Grow a more sustainable costume closet for our showcases
- Create better organization for our closet by allowing us to purchase racks and storage bins
- Get decorations for our showcases
