Gifts to Women's Cross Country contribute to...
Support Cross Country at K!
| This fall we welcomed very talented new student-athletes to the program and returned a very strong core of veteran runners. We had an outstanding 2025 season and want to highlight some key moments of the past year: The women’s team placed fourth at the 2025 MIAA Championships after a third place finish fall 2024. We had two All-MIAA honorees in sophomore Nora O'Leary (first team) and senior Maya Alkema (second team). The team earned All-Academic Team honors from the United States Track & Field Cross Country Coaches Association with three student-athletes earning individual honors. Sophomore Nora O'Leary was a NCAA Great Lakes All-Region honoree. Director of Cross Country & Track and Field Kyle Morrison was appointed to a three-year term on the NCAA Division III Cross Country Executive Committee representing the Great Lakes Region. Next fall will be a very exciting season, and we have big goals ahead. The team looks to place top three in the MIAA and top 10 in the NCAA Region. To prepare and compete for these types of top-tier competitive experiences we’re asking for support in the following ways: - Assisting with transportation costs for travel to out-of-state competition in Southern Illinois and Minnesota during the 2026 season.
Please consider making a gift in support of Kalamazoo College women's cross country. Your generosity will help provide our student-athletes with a rewarding and competitive collegiate athletic experience. Thank you for your interest and Go Hornets! Kyle M. Morrison, Ph.D.
