Football

The Hornet football program strives to produce leaders on and off of the field and our “Swarm The Day” approach, unparalleled support system and career development efforts are creating impressive results.

In the past six years our program has produced:

• 25 All-MIAA players, one All-Region player, five Academic All-District honorees and two Academic All-Americans.
• Twenty-seven players honored by the National Football Foundation.
• Six players placed in post-season senior bowl games.
• The first 7-win season in over two decades.
• Averaged over a 3.0 team cumulative GPA.
• Became the first football team in MIAA history to earn a Team GPA Award by earning a 3.45 team cumulative GPA for last academic year.
• Boasted a 100 percent job placement rate for players seeking employment following graduation and graduated ALL of our players.

Currently, our program has a goal to raise $15,000 to provide some enhancements for our team this year. Some of these needs include team meals for away games, additional costs associated with team travel and new field equipment. We want our athletes to have the best possible collegiate experience, and to do this we need your help.
