The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) at John Carroll University is a student-led organization dedicated to developing future business and HR leaders. Our chapter focuses on professional development, networking opportunities, leadership growth, and connecting students with real-world business experiences. Through workshops, guest speakers, company visits, and conferences, we aim to prepare students for successful careers in Human Resources and business leadership.

We are currently raising funds to support our members' professional development opportunities, including attending the SHRM Case Competition, networking events, company site visits, and leadership conferences. These experiences allow our students to gain hands-on exposure, build connections with industry professionals, and represent John Carroll University at a national level.

Your support will help us continue creating meaningful opportunities for students to grow as future leaders in the HR and business community.
