The University Archives, housed within Grasselli Library and Breen Learning Center, is home to a unique collection of photographs, historical documents, yearbooks, and newspapers that record and tell the story of JCU. To ensure these one-of-a-kind materials remain accessible for future generations, we are seeking support to modernize our archival process with a high-resolution scanner, specialized archival software, and secure digital storage. These tools will allow us to move beyond physical preservation and expand our digital gateway where students and alumni can explore our shared memories from anywhere. Your gift directly protects these fragile records, ensuring our university's legacy continues to inspire future generations.

  • High-Resolution Scanner: To safely digitize delicate yearbooks and oversized newspapers without damaging the originals.
  • Archival Software: To catalog our unique collection, making it searchable for students and researchers.
