Thank you for supporting Black Students in Action during JCU's Day of Giving!

The purpose of Black Students in Action shall be to foster a community for Black students as well as other underrepresented students and our allies, on the John Carroll University campus. Black Students in Action will strive to integrate diversity into the John Carroll University community through actions and information, as well as through sponsored events. We will also provide service and social action to the communities surrounding John Carroll University.

Your support during Day of Giving will help us provide program and opportunities that are open to the entire campus community. Our programs include:

  • creating a lending library in our Black Cultural Center (BCC)
  • educational opportunities
  • speaking engagements
  • alumni engagement
  • special events (BSA Welcome Back Event, End of the Year Cookout, Annual Awards Ceremony)
  • Collaborations with various student organizations
  • And more!

Support from Day of Giving will be used to help us live out our group's mission by allowing us to provide more opportunities and gatherings for our community here at JCU. Thank you for your support!
