English Department

This May, the John Carroll University English Department will take students to the renowned Stratford Festival in Stratford for an immersive theater experience. Students will see world-class productions including Othello, The Tempest, A Midsummer Night's Dream, Death of a Salesman, and Something Rotten!—bringing literature and performance to life beyond the classroom.

Support from the Hopkins Endowment allows the department to offset part of the trip’s cost, but students must still cover many expenses including transportation, lodging, tickets, and meals. For some students, these costs could prevent them from participating in this incredible academic opportunity.
