Engineering Physics Department

The Physics and Engineering Department is looking to level-up its laboratory spaces. Thanks to the continued generosity of alumni, family, and friends—like you—the department has recently been able to purchase high-tech, industry-grade equipment, including a robotic arm, a materials tensile tester, and a fluid mechanics testing station.

As we continue to grow, we need to be able to showcase these new capabilities and make physics and engineering front-and-center here at John Carroll.

In this video rendering, you will see our vision: as prospective students and fellow members of the university walk down the hall, large glass windows will have replaced a solid wall to showcase the exciting experiments that students explore on state-of-the-art equipment throughout their degree programs.
