Help us Enhance Cultural Learning and Build Community through InterACTIVE Cultures!


It’s an exciting time for CMLC. With our new initiative, InterACTIVE Cultures, we are engaging more and more members of the JCU community. Just this year, our events and outings have drawn over 500 participants.

The InterACTIVE Cultures initiative promotes cultural understanding and creativity through active engagement with cultural products, practices, and perspectives. We also seek to engage with and support local and international linguistic and cultural communities through our events.

Programs range from hosting cultural events to developing new, hands-on courses. This year alone, InterACTIVE cultures provided funding for a language fair, musical performances, a Spanish-language play, course development, senior spotlight events, trips to the Cleveland Museum of Art, and programming commemorating the 80th anniversary of World War II. Your donations enable us to keep expanding our offerings.
