Gifts to Black Students in Action contribute to...
Thank you for supporting the Black Students in Action (BSA) on Day of Giving.
We are looking for your support upcoming programs that are open to the entire campus community. Our programs include
- creating a lending library in our Black Cultural Center (BCC),
- speaking engagements,
- alumni engagement,
- Black Excellence Affair;
- collaborations with various student organizations - U-Club, Student Government, Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging, and the Center for Student Diversity and Inclusion that highlights accomplishments, culture and amplify the voices of the African American and Black students, staff, faculty and community of JCU.
Black Students in Action has a history of 25+ years at JCU, starting with the Afro-American Society, African American Alliance (AAA), and today, Black Students in Action is housed with our BCC.
The Men's and Women's Soccer Programs will be giving a JCU scarf as a gift to those who donate $250 or more on Day of Giving.
