How has JCU made an impact on your life? For us, as former JCU psychology undergraduate students and now as faculty educators, we cannot overemphasize the value of experiential learning to student development.
We are asking you to support the amazing efforts of the Psychology Department in continuing our track record of enriched experiential learning opportunities in and out of the classroom. Funds from this year's Day of Giving will go towards enhancing:
- Student internships at community organizations
- Undergraduate research and travel to disseminate high quality research findings at local, regional, and national conferences
- Organize programming for the JCU student body related to mental health and areas of faculty expertise (e.g., eating disorders, autism, improving learning and memory, etc.)
