Academic Success Center and Career Center

Thank you for supporting a new initiative sponsored by the Academic Success Center and the Career Center - How to @JCU! How to @JCU is a new program aimed at providing support to our first year students, especially those students who are First Generation college students! The program will officially launch in the Fall 2023. Funds generated from today's Day of Giving will be used to Inspire these first year and first generation students to participate in this program.

The Academic Success Center and the Career Center assist students in their journey form course planning and major selection to resume writing and interviewing preparedness. Our staff meet students where they are through one-on-one meetings, special programs and events and academic courses. Our Peer Success Advisors and Peer Advisors provide support to students for study skills, time management, resume review, interview preparation and so much more from the student perspective.
