About

Invest in Our Next Generation.

The full Burroughs experience is possible for every student, regardless of financial circumstances, because of the collective generosity of our entire community: parents, alumni, past parents, grandparents, faculty, staff, and friends.

While tuition is vital, it doesn't cover the full cost of a Burroughs educations. That's where YOU come in. Every gift, no matter the size, strengthens our community and fuels the next generation of Burroughs graduates. Last year, almost 2,000 community members chose to invest in our next generation, showing that the Burroughs value of contributing to something bigger than ourselves is alive and well.

This year, we invite you to join together again—whether it's your first gift or your 50th—and direct your dollars to what matters most to you.

Why does participation matter?

Participation is about more than dollars. It's a visible sign that our community believes in the mission of Burroughs. To sustain the programs, people, and opportunities that provide an extraordinary education, JBS depends on continued support from past donors, and support from new community members. Give what you can, knowing the "ripple" you start today will make a meaningful difference for years to come!

Day of Giving: A Success!

Connect-a-Thon and March Madness Success!

On February 24, over 20 volunteers across all classes packed into the Dining Hall to text, email, and call their classmates in order to rally support for Burroughs.

Then, between March 5-9, the classes of 2015-2025 rallied in a friendly competition to see which class would score the highest participation in the March Madness Giving Challenge.

Congratulations to the Class of 1971 for taking the Connect-a-Thon Crown, and to the Class of 2025 for clinching the Young Alumni March Madness bracket (in a heated competition with the class of 2018).

This is what giving looks like when a community shows up and we can't wait to do it again next year!
