STEP 1: Visit www.ju.edu/dolphindash on February 3 and log in or create an account.
STEP 2: Click "Give Now" and choose your favorite challenge, program, club, or team to support in the giving form. Make your gift to be counted towards Dolphin Dash totals!
STEP 3: Use the social sharing buttons or the "Copy to Share" button to generate your unique giving link. Using this link to share with your networks will keep track of your fundraising progress in the Advocates section. You are already on your way to becoming the Number 1 Giving Ambassador!
STEP 4: Use our social media toolkit to continue to share the word throughout the week, and come back to check the leaderboards!
Find the Phin (on campus only)
Each day of Dolphin Dash, plush dolphins will be hidden throughout campus, with clues to their locations posted on the @JacksonvilleU Instagram page. Each plush will include a surprise amount of prize dollars, and the student who finds it and brings it to the UA Suite will get to designate the prize dollars to the College, team, or program of their choosing.
The Number 1 Giving Ambassador
The giving ambassador who raises the most money using their unique giving advocate link will receive $1,000 for the Jacksonville University college, school, team, or organization of their choice (must be an approved JU organization). JU Social Spirit Challenge
Let's see your Dolphin pride on social media! The person, organization, or team with the most JU spirit on their social media page will be awarded an additional $1,000 for the Jacksonville University college, school, team, or organization of their choice (must be an approved JU organization). Get creative, get competitive, get trending! Let's see those #PhinsUp! To be eligible to win, your posts must be public, and tag @jacksonvilleu so that we can see and repost your content! The more posts, the more chances you have to win! The overall winner will be selected by a panel of social media experts judging on the criteria of creativity, engagement, and reach.
Alumni Power Play Challenge
Once 500 Alumni support Dolphin Dash, we will randomly select one Alumni who gave to direct $500 to the College, program or team of their choice.

What are the Dolphin Dash Challenges?
There are five Challenges that makeup Dolphin Dash: The Athletics Challenge, College Challenge, Greek Challenge, Student Affinity Challenge, and the Varsity Sailing vs. Shooting Challenge. You may choose to participate in one or all of the challenges. Each challenge has an exciting incentive for the winner!
Can I participate in more than one Challenge?
Yes- you can give to any (or all!) of the Challenges during Dolphin Dash! To give to multiple challenges, simply give to the funds you are interested in using the Dolphin Dash giving form. You can do so in one single transaction or multiple throughout the week. Your funds will be automatically designated to the appropriate challenge and live leaderboards for each challenge will be automatically updated!
Can I make a gift to an area of campus outside of the Challenges?
To make a gift outside of a Challenge, click the give button at the top of www.ju.edu/dolphindash and select 'Other' from the fund list to write in your own designation. If you'd like to make a gift to support a Challenge, scroll down to find the Challenge tiles listed on that webpage.
Can my employer match a gift during Dolphin Dash?
Yes! See if your employer has a matching gift program. You can also use the search bar within the Dolphin Dash giving form when you make your gift.
Do I have to give online?
While we prefer gifts to be made online to be added to the totals in real time, you may also mail your gift in advance to:

Dolphin Dash begins at midnight on Monday, February 3, 2025, and ends at 1:00pm on Friday, February 7, 2025. Remember to get your gifts in before 1:00pm!
