Student Success & Impact Fund

Hunter students are determined to succeed — despite rising costs, shrinking public funding, and growing financial pressures. When they face tough choices between paying rent or buying textbooks, the Hunter College Student Impact and Success Fund is there.

The Student Success Fund was established in 2025 to respond to the needs of Hunter students in real time and provide support when students need it most. This fund provides emergency aid for students with the highest financial need, support for the Purple Apron Food Pantry, access to research and support for Hunter faculty, scholarships that keep students enrolled, and programs and initiatives that keep a Hunter education accessible. Every dollar helps students stay on track to achieve their dreams and ensures that Hunter remains a place where ambition meets opportunity — no matter a student’s zip code, income level, or life circumstances.
