Holyoke Community College students are aspiring scientists, healthcare providers, educators, artists, and entrepreneurs—and they are driven by your support. Their journey begins here, but with your help, we will propel them into degree programs and careers beyond HCC.
Join us on April 25 for our day of giving, #TogetherHCC: The Drive to Change Lives, and show our students that you believe in them.
Your donation of $10 or more will impact the life of an HCC student in numerous ways, including:
- Giving life-changing scholarship support,
- Providing relief to students who are hungry,
- Supporting excellent academic resources that lead our students to fulfilling lives.
On April 25, you can support student success through gifts to the Academic Excellence and Innovation Fund, Greatest Needs, Student Scholarships, the Thrive Center and Food Pantry, or the President's Student Emergency Fund. Your gift will directly support our students, giving them the resources and support they need to succeed.

What is #TogetherHCC? 💚 #TogetherHCC began in 2020 as a way to lift each other up and support HCC students during the early days of the pandemic. #TogetherHCC galvanized a community of alumni, faculty, staff and friends who took to social media posting messages of support and encouragement to each other and our students using the hashtag #TogetherHCC. In addition, the HCC community made gifts to support the critical needs of our students. The following April 27, 2021, we launched our first 24-hour day of giving, #TogetherHCC: Drive to Change Lives led by Gary Rome of Gary Rome Auto Group (also an HCC Foundation Board member).
Can I make my gift before April 25? Yes, we would love to count YOU as a #TogetherHCC donor! Early gifts can be made by clicking the link above ⬆️ and still qualify for challenges and matches! 😊

So much gratitude for each and every student, alumni, faculty, staff, board member, volunteer, and friend who took this call to action and ran with it. Holyoke Community College is a special place and its impact in the region is extraordinary. These are preliminary results and you can expect them to climb until we have everything processed (accepting checks postmarked by 4/25). Time for some shut eye. Tomorrow is a big day of tallying, thanking, and letting it all sink in.
