2. Funds Needed: Indicate the amount of funds required.
3. Purpose of Funds: Detail what the funds are for, including a comprehensive description of the project or need.
4. Deadline: State the deadline by which the funds are needed.
5. Fundraising Method: Crowdfunding or fundraising event.
Before requesting a fundraising page to be set up for your club or team, you must have approval from your department head or athletic director. Please note that capital expenditures require approval from the committee. Submitting this form does not guarantee approval, the Advancement department will notify you of the status 10-14 business days after submitting your request.
