Your giving provides resources to every student-athlete who competes in our program. COVID-19 may have called a timeout for competitions, but our Statesmen are busy training and practicing so they can be ready when games begin again. Your gift today helps ensure our student-athletes have a robust team experience.

Our goal is for every player in our program to experience an overseas trip with us once in their four years as a Hobart Soccer player. In years past Hobart teams have traveled to Sweden, Ireland, Brazil, Belgium, Holland, Germany and Portugal. Please help us keep this once in a lifetime team tradition alive.

James F. ’56, L.H.D. ’12 and Cynthia L. Caird L.H.D. ’12 generously funded the Caird Challenge (#CAIRDCHALLENGE), putting $25,000 in bonus cash for Hobart and William Smith athletic teams up for grabs!
Caird Challenge bonus cash will be awarded by college to:
- The top three teams with the highest percentage of dollar goal
- Two teams with the best video (judged by Jim and Cindy Caird)
In addition, the Caird Challenge bonus cash will be awarded to:
- Each team that meets their donor goal
